Scope of This NoticeThis Privacy Notice applies to individuals who use the OOHAi Rider App to request and take rides.It does not apply to OOHAi advertising or display systems, audience analytics or computer vision technology, advertiser or device owner platforms, or driver mobile applications.2. Information We Collect and Process2.1 Rider Account InformationName, email address, phone number, account credentials, and account preferences.Purpose: account creation, authentication, communication, and service delivery.2.2 Trip and Location InformationTrip pickup location, trip drop off location, route summary for the completed trip, and trip timestamps.OOHAi does not continuously track riders outside of active trips.Purpose: ride fulfilment, pricing calculation, safety, and service operation.2.3 Payment InformationPayment status, transaction identifiers, receipts, and billing records.Payments are processed through third party payment providers.OOHAi does not store full payment card numbers.Purpose: payment processing, refunds, accounting, and customer support.2.4 CommunicationsIn app messages related to rides, transactional notifications such as ride confirmations and receipts, and support communications.OOHAi does not send marketing communications to rider accounts.Purpose: service operation, customer support, and safety communications.3. How Information Is UsedInformation is used to provide and operate the Rider App, match riders with drivers, facilitate trips and payments, communicate trip status, provide customer support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.4. Information SharingInformation may be shared with drivers for the purpose of completing a ride, payment processors, service providers supporting app functionality, and authorities where required by law.OOHAi does not sell rider personal information.5. What We Do Not DoOOHAi does not record audio or video, use advertising audience analytics, perform facial recognition or biometric processing, or track riders outside of active trips.6. Data RetentionAccount data is retained for the duration of the account plus a limited administrative period.Trip records are retained for operational, safety, and legal purposes.Payment records are retained as required by law.7. SecurityOOHAi applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and secure development practices.8.
