OOHAi Terms of Use

Effective date: 13 November 2025§1 OverviewThese Terms govern the use of the OOHAi Advertiser Panel and OOHAi Driver Mobile App. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.§2 AccountsAdvertiser accounts: created using email or Google/Apple sign in.
Driver accounts: created by self signup or licensee onboarding.
Users must provide accurate information. OOHAi may suspend accounts for violations.§3 Advertiser ResponsibilitiesAdvertisers must:
  • provide lawful ad content,
  • ensure they own rights to creatives,
  • comply with rules prohibiting illegal, deceptive, political, explicit, harmful, or discriminatory content,
  • grant OOHAi a licence to store, encode, and display creatives worldwide Advertisers retain ownership of uploaded creative materials.
§4 Advertiser Billing and Display RulesAdvertisers acknowledge and agree that all campaign charges are based on display time delivered by OOHAi devices. Once an advertisement has been displayed on any OOHAi screen, the corresponding charges become final and non refundable. Refunds are not provided for impressions or display time already delivered, regardless of performance, user error, or external circumstances. Advertisers are responsible for monitoring campaign budgets, schedules, and configurations within the panel.§5 Driver ResponsibilitiesDrivers must:
  • not use the app while driving,
  • not tamper with hardware,
  • not falsify driving sessions,
  • maintain operational safety at all times.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.§6 PaymentsDriver payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. OOHAi does not store bank details. Advertisers pay through Stripe. All fees and billing terms are shown in the advertiser panel.§7 Location DataDrivers agree that OOHAi collects real time GPS from the car top device for operational, safety, and payout purposes.§8 Intellectual PropertyOOHAi owns all platform software, analytics, and system data. Advertisers retain ownership of creatives but grant OOHAi licence for worldwide distribution on displays.§9 Prohibited UseUsers may not:
  • engage in fraudulent activity,
  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • reverse engineer the app or platform,
  • interfere with system operations.
§10 TerminationOOHAi may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security threats, or unlawful behavior.§11 LiabilityOOHAi is not liable for outages, downtime, data loss, loss of earnings, or hardware misuse. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.§12 Governing LawThese Terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes are resolved in Western Australia.§13 Contactsupport@ooha.au
